Golden Line Construct works both sides of the trade: as a reliable plastering sub-contractor on building sites, and as the crew a family calls when the finish has to be perfect.
01 — Trade
Plaster sub-contract capacity that holds a programme. Fixing, stopping, level 5 set, cornice and finishing across single dwellings, townhouse groups and fit-outs.
02 — Residential
Level 5 finishes, seamless patches and crisp shadow lines in occupied homes. Clean, protected, and finished to a standard you can see in raking light.
Selected work
The same wall, three stages apart. What we sell is the last one — the point where light runs unbroken across the surface.
Structure
Frame to finish
Framing check, sheeting and stopping on a townhouse group in the inner east.
Residential
Level 5 set, Balwyn North
Full house re-sheet and level 5 set, handed over ready for a low-sheen paint.
Detail
P50 shadowline ceiling
A 10mm recessed shadow gap set dead straight — the detail the paint will reveal.
